Short Description of This Case
A $4M settlement will resolve claims that Enagic USA，Inc inappropriately called consumers via an automatic telephone dialing system or with an artificial or prerecorded voice without proper consent, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who received one or more calls to your cell phone from Enagic USA or its Distributors between July 8, 2011 and March 13, 2018 without consent.
