Short Description of This Case
A $3.71M settlement will resolve claims that the Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. inappropriately called consumers via an automatic telephone dialing system or with an artificial or prerecorded voice without permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who were not assigned to the intended recipient of Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.’s calls, and received one or more calls on their cell phone from Convergent via an automatic telephone dialing system or with an artificial or prerecorded voice between November 11, 2016 and February 25, 2019.
