Short Description of This Case
SiriusXM Radio has agreed to pay $25M to resolve claims that the company made telemarketing calls to class members registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or Sirius XM’s Internal Do Not Call Registry without prior express written consent, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who were in the United States and who received one or more telephone solicitation calls made by or on behalf of Sirius XM after registering phone numbers on National Do Not Call Registry between October 16, 2013 and April 26, 2019.
