Short Description of This Case
A $7.05M settlement will resolve claims that Target unlawfully sent automated phone calls for debt collection purposes to class members who were not the debtor on the account without permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who received one or more non-emergency automated phone calls from Target for debt collection purposes on cellular telephone and who were not the debtor on the account between March 27, 2012 and May 15, 2018.
