Optum360 has agreed to pay $6M to solve claims that the company sent advertisements by telephone facsimile machine without prior express invitation or permission, which violated the Privacy Act of consumers.
Class members who received one or more facsimile messages sent by Optum360 between April 15, 2015, and October 9, 2015.

Up to $500.
