Short Description of This Case
Anthem has agreed to pay $23.65M to settle claims that the insurance giant failed to comply with its duties based on management, operation and administration of the 401K Plan and caused participants to pay excessive fees for the Plan’s record keeping services, which violated the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Class members who are Current or Former Participants or Beneficiaries of the Plan and who maintained a balance of any amount in the Plan at any point between December 29, 2009 and March 31, 2019.
