The class-action lawsuit, filed in June, 2017, alleged that American Power and Gas used ViciDial technology to made telephone calls to class members without prior express invitation or permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Class members who are resident in USA and are the users or subscribers of a cellular telephone number to which American Power and Gas, themselves or through a third party, made a telephone call using the ViciDial technology between June 14, 2013 and August 31, 2018
