Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2013, alleged that California Cinemark failed to provide accurate, itemized wage statements of the overtime compensations of its employees, which violated the law of California.
Class members who are current and former non-exempt employees of California Cinemark theaters and who worked as an usher or concession worker between December 3, 2011 and July 31, 2014 or in any other no-exempt position between July 25, 2012 and July 31, 2014 and who were paid overtime compensation during at least one pay period.
