Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2015, alleged that California Nationstar Mortgage LLC recorded phone calls on class members’ cell phones without informing or class members’ permission, which violated the Privacy Act of California.
Class members who was physically present in California and received an initial outbound call from Nationstar which was recorded without informing between October 23, 2014 and May 1, 2016.
