Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2018, alleged that Dice failed to be a responsible agency as a “consumer reporting agency”, which violated the federal fair credit reporting act.
Class members about whom Dice created an Open Web profile and (a) for whom a third party used a feature on the Open Web profile to communicate with the individual or (b) the individual requested deletion of their Open Web profile between July 26, 2012 and the date that the Class List is prepared.
