Short Description of This Case
Savers and Apogee Retail have agreed to pay to resolve claims that class members received calls from Apogee regarding donation solicitation on behalf of Epilepsy Foundation of America (“EFA”) without their prior express written consent, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who received one or more calls from Apogee regarding donation solicitation on behalf of Epilepsy Foundation of America (“EFA”) between July 1, 2011 and September 30, 2015.
Amount of Class Members
Goods at any Savers or Value Village thrift store in the United States in the amount up to $75, or $25 check.
Proof of Purchase
Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.
