Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that California Dollar Tree forced workers to pay for a required work uniform without providing reimbursement, which violated the employment law of California.
Class members who worked at a California Dollar Tree as non-exempt employee between July 13, 2013 and Dec. 13, 2018.
