Short Description of This Case
FoodStates has agreed to creat a $2.1M settlement fund to resolves claims that the labeling, packaging and websites for supplements manufactured by FoodState or its affiliates was misleading, which violated the consumer protection law.
Class member who purchased a Covered product that manufactured by FoodState and/or its affiliates or co-manufacturers including vitamin supplements sold under the MegaFoods and Innate Response Formula brands between January 15, 2011 and September 15, 2018.
Amount of Class Members
$25 per bottle, up to 4 bottles.
Proof of Purchase
Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.
