Short Description of This Case
A Settlement will resolves claims that some refrigerators manufactured by Whirlpool were defective that can be susceptible to freezer drain tube blockage, which may result in ice build-up on the floor of the freezer compartment, and in some instances, water leakage, which violated the consumer protection law.
Class member were in the United States and purchased a Class Refrigerators manufactured by Whirlpool between 2009 and 2018.
Amount of Class Members
Up to $150 and free replacement drain tube part.
