Short Description of This Case
A $9.25M class action settlement will resolve allegations that Gateway Energy Services set its variable rates for electricity and natural gas contrary to its obligations under its contracts and applicable laws, which violated New Jersey Statutes.
Class member who enrolled in a Gateway residential variable rate plan and paid Gateway variable rates for electricity or natural gas supplied in following states between the class period below.
