Coca-Cola has agreed to pay $2.45M to settle claims that the company inappropriately labeled its Ginger Ale products as “Made with Real Ginger”, which violated the consumer protection laws.
Class member who purchased any Seagram’s Ginger Ale products between April 1, 2013 and June 13, 2019.
Amount of Class Members
Up to $80 with proof and up to $10.4 without proof.
