Short Description of This Case
A $5M class-action settlement resolves claims that NationWide Mutual Insurance unlawfully made prerecorded robocalls to class members without permission, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
This class action settlement defined three sub-classes, MediaAlpha Settlement Class, Nationwide IDNC Settlement Class and Variable Settlement Class, you can claim from $30 to $75, depends on which sub-class you are in.
Class members who received one or more calls from or involving: (1) Variable between September 27, 2012 and October 15, 2018, in an attempt to sell Lead Information to Nationwide Agents; (2) MediaAlpha between September 27, 2012 and October 15, 2018, in an attempt to sell Lead Information to Nationwide; and/or (3) Nationwide and/or its alleged vendors after you were registered on Nationwide’s Internal Do Not Call Registry for more than 31 days.
