Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in April, 2012, alleged that Intelliquick Delivery in Arizona failed to pay drivers and couriers overtime and minimum wages by improperly classifying them as independent contractors, which violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and and Arizona wage laws.
Class members who are current or former drivers or couriers of IntelliQuick that made pick-ups or deliveries for or on behalf of IntelliQuick within the State of Arizona and who were paid as independent contractors or were not classified or paid as employees between April 9, 2009 and July 7, 2018 and whose names are set forth on an exhibit to the Settlement Agreement identifying and other about 96 FLSA Opt-In Class Members who joined into this lawsuit between September 12, 2012 and April 25, 2013.
