Short Description of This Case
JPMorgan has agreed to pay $9.5M to resolve allegations that it cheated class members when calculating foreign-exchange conversions on dividends and other cash distributions, which violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Class members who who are or were holders of or otherwise claim any entitlement to any payment in connection with: (1) the securities listed in Appendix 1 of the Notice (including any predecessor or successor securities) between November 21, 2010 and July 18, 2018, inclusive; or (2) the securities listed in Appendix 2 of the Notice (including any predecessor or successor securities) between November 21, 2012 and July 18, 2018.
