Short Description of This Case
A $10.75M settlement will resolve claims that the Cox Communications, Inc inappropriately called non Cox consumers via an automatic telephone dialing system or with an artificial or prerecorded voice, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who received one or more calls on their cell phone from Cox Communications via an automatic telephone dialing system or with an artificial or prerecorded voice between March 28, 2013 and March 21, 2019.

Estimated from $100 to $200.
