Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that Purex’s laundry detergent products were mislabeled as “Natural Elements”, but actually they contain a series of synthetic ingredients, which violated the Consumer advertising laws.
Class members who purchased Purex “Natural Elements” laundry detergent products between May 19, 2013 and March 8, 2019.
