The class-action lawsuit, filed in December, 2017, alleged that the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN) company sent plenty solicitation text messages to class members by an automated telephone dialing system without prior express invitation or permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Class members who received unwanted text messages sent by or on behalf of Mid-Atlantic Sports Network from December 12, 2013 to the date the court grants preliminary settlement approval.
