Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in March 2017, alleged that Audible and Amazon cheated their users out of earned credits for free audiobooks and improperly charged unauthorized cards for Audible memberships, which violated the law of Gift Cards.
Class members who lost unredeemed paid membership credits or were charged on a credit or debit card other than the designated card between March 2013 and August 2018 and/or who lost gift membership credits between August 2011 and August 2018.
