Minted has agreed to settle claims that the company was affected by a data breach that occurred on or about May 6, 2020 and resulted in the theft of users’ personal identifying information, which violated Consumers Privacy Protection Law.
Class members who had a Minted account, or provided Minted their name, email address, street address and/or other personal information via email, the Minted website, or other online communications, on or before June 27, 2020.
