Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in October, 2017, alleged that Fidelity Brokerage failed to properly calculate the premium overtime rate for her and certain other hourly employees, which violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and California wage laws.
Class members who were employed by Fidelity Brokerage and worked at least some overtime and received payments of Student Loan Program or Fitness Reimbursement Program between May 31, 2015 and October 1, 2018.
