Short Description of This Case
Ciox, IOD, HealthPort, Aurora and Columbia St. Mary’s have agreed to pay $35.42M to settle claims that the companies improperly charged basic, certification and retrieval fees for certain medical records requests, which violated the laws of Wisconsin.
Class members who paid a basic, retrieval or a certification fee charged by Ciox, IOD, HealthPort, Aurora or Columbia St. Mary’s between July 1, 2011 and August 1, 2019.
Amount of Class Members
Equal to approximately twice the total amount paid by the Class Member for basic, certification or retrieval fees charged by Ciox, IOD, HealthPort, Aurora and Columbia St. Mary’s.
Proof of Purchase
Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.
