Short Description of This Case
A $15M class-action settlement has been reached to resolve claims that North American Bancard overcharged for processing payment card transactions by marking up certain fees by small amounts and adding unauthorized fees, which violated the specific terms of the form Merchant Service Agreements with their customers.
Class member who were merchants that contracted with or through Global and received merchant services from NAB or who were referred by NAB to Global between August 31, 2009 and March 31, 2019 and who were damaged as a result of being charged.
