Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2016, alleged that National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) need to be responsible for the Security Incident of breaching consumers’ information including Names, Social Security numbers (SSNs) and other personal information used to apply for Chase Amazon Visa credit cards, which occurred in the summer of 2016.
Class members who’s information was stored in NBEO’s systems as of November 15, 2018 or who received the Settlement Notice stating.
Amount of Class Members
Up to $7,500.
