Short Description of This Case
A $325K settlement will resolve claims that National Holdings Corporation made unwanted calls to class members who registered on the National Do Not Call Registry without permission, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who were in the United States and who received one or more telephone solicitation calls made by or on behalf of National Holdings Corporation after registering phone numbers on National Do Not Call Registry for at least 31 days between November 11, 2010, through May 24, 2019.
