A $400K settlement has reached to solve claims that Parcel Pending recorded outbound telephonic communications to consumers without permission or even notice, which violated the Privacy Act of consumers.
Class members who were Parcel Pending Registered Users and who received one or more Parcel Pending’s recorded calls between February 1, 2018 to October 3, 2018.
