Short Description of This Case
Google has agreed to pay $7.25M to resolve claims that the Company’s First-Generation Pixel or Pixel XL smartphones were defective that leads to microphone or speaker failures, which violated the consumer law.
Class member who are in the United States and who purchased a new Pixel or Pixel XL smartphone manufactured before January 4, 2017 and did not receive a replacement Pixel manufactured after January 3, 2017 or refurbished after June 5, 2017.
Amount of Class Members
Up to $500.
