Nine drug manufacturers have agreed to pay $65M to settle claims that the Companys improperly united to fix prices of Provigil, Nuvigil, and generic modafinil, which violated antitrust laws.
Class member who purchased Provigil or modafinil between June 24, 2006 and Aug. 8, 2019 in one or more states in USA including Alabama, Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or who Provigil, modafinil, or Nuvigil between June 24, 2006 and Dec. 31, 2012 in California.
