Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in November, 2017, alleged that Raymour & Flanigan Furniture | Mattresses sent unwanted telemarketing texts to class members through an automatic telephone dialing system without permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who residents in the United States and received one or more texts that sent to a cell phone number without permission between February 2, 2016 and March 22, 2017
