Short Description of This Case
Rexall has agreed to pay $20.7M to resolve claims that it sent unwanted advertising faxes to class members without prior express permission. This class-action lawsuit alleged that Rexall sent faxes to class members in attempting to promote its Osteo Bi-Flex Physician Sampling Program, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who received faxes sent by or on behalf of Rexall, Inc. and Corporate Mailings, Inc. regarding the Osteo Bi-Flex Physician Sampling Program on or about March 5, 2013.
Amount of Class Members
Up to $333.67 per fax.
