Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit alleged that the roof panels manufactured by Dura-Loc contain a design defect wherein the surface coating of the Panels deteriorates before the warranted 25-year period, which violated the contract between the company and the consumers.
Class members who currently own a home or other structure on which Continental, Shadowline, or Wood Shake Panels manufactured by Dura-Loc were installed between July 1, 1996 and May 12, 2006.
Amount of Class Members
$10 per Panel, Up to $3,000.

Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.
