Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2016, alleged that the Rossi brand revolvers manufactured by Brazilian company Forjas Taurus had defective safeties that allowed the guns to fire when dropped.
Class members who bought one or more Rossi brand .357 Magnum and .38 Special revolvers manufactured by Forjas Taurus January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2017 including models as follows:
R35102, R35202, R85104, R97206, R97104, R46202, R46102
$50 cash and a free inspection and repair.
