Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that California P.F. Chang’s Restaurant improperly utilized a Credit Card Transaction Form that contained preprinted spaces for cardholder to fill in the telephone number and email address, which violated the Song Beverly Credit Card Act.
Class members who engaged in a credit card transaction at a California P.F. Chang’s Restaurant and received a Credit Card Transaction Form provided by California P.F. Chang’s Restaurant that contained a space that allowed the credit cardholder to fill in his or her personal identification information between May 3, 2016 and February 22, 2019.
