Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that some models of New Balance shoes are labeled as “Made in USA” but actually parts of the shoes are made in other countries, which misleads consumers.
Class members who purchased at least one pair of eligible New Balance shoe models labeled as “Made in USA” between December 27, 2012 and January 24, 2019 in California. You can find the specific models here at part 3 if you are not sure about it.
$10 per pair, up to $50
