Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in May, 2015, alleged that some types of Fitbit branded wearable devices are not able to track sleep as promised.
Class members who purchased a Fitbit Flex, Fitbit One, or Fitbit Ultra and registered online between September 1, 2009 and October 27, 2014 in California or Florida, or between March 26, 2012 and October 27, 2014 in New York, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Ohio, or between March 26, 2013 and October 27, 2014 in Missouri or Illinois ; or between March 26, 2014 and October 27, 2014 in Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, or Washington state.
