Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in August, 2016, alleged that Swisher Sweets cigarillo 5-packs is falsely advertised as “5 for the price of 3” because the total price of three individual cigarillos is actually less than the price of the 5-pack, which violated the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act.
Class members who purchased Swisher cigar products between August 25, 2015 and February 7, 2019 under any of the following promotions:
“5 for the price of 3”; “3 for the price of 2”; “buy 1 get 1 free”; or “buy 4 get 1 free.”
Amount of Class Members
From $2 to $5 vouchers.
Proof of Purchase
Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.

Claim form Deadline
ASAP. You will be able to submit a Claim Form until the cap of $2.5 million has been reached or until one year has passed from the first voucher distribution.
