Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in November, 2018, alleged that California Synapse automatic renewal or continuous service magazine subscriptions of some consumers without their permission, which violated the California Automatic Renewal Law and California consumer protection law.
Class members who are California residents and who were enrolled by Synapse in an automatic renewal or continuous service magazine subscription between May 17, 2012 and October 8, 2018.
