Short Description of this Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in April, 2016 alleged that AMN Healthcare and Kaiser facilities in California failed to pay traveling nurses overtime wages by refusing to sign off on the nurses’ timecards, which violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and and California wage laws.
Class members who worked for AMN as a traveling nurse at one or more Kaiser facilities in California during the applicable time period between September 11, 2013 and December 27, 2018.
