Short Description of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2018, alleged that U.S.Bank made plenty of unwanted telemarketing calls and texts to class members by its automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice without permission, which violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Class members who received one or more calls or texts sent by U.S.bank with content about its Residential Mortgage Loan between August 7, 2014 and December 31, 2017 or with content about its Home Equity Loan between February 19, 2015 and December 31, 2017, class members can make up to two claims if they received both type of calls or texts.
