Short Description of This Case
A $3.2M class-action settlement will settle claims that the Volaris and Controladora Vuela unlawfully recorded phone calls of customers without permission, which violated the Privacy Act of California.
Class member who was located in California and called one or more of Volaris’ toll-free telephone numbers, spoke with a representative and whose call was recorded between June 21, 2016 and June 23, 2017.
