Short Description of This Case
This class-action lawsuit, alleged that Universal Pictures sent unwanted text messages with content of the promotion of its Warcraft film to class members without prior permission, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members who are residents of the United States and who received at least one text message with the content of the “Warcraft” text messaging campaign between May 1, 2016 through April 8, 2019, there are four different sub-classes in this class action lawsuit, you can find it HERE at part 6.
