Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that Wise Company misrepresented how long its Long-Term Food Kits would last and how many people they would feed, which mislead consumers and made them pay more for those products than they otherwise would have.
Class members who purchased one or more Wise Long-Term Food Kits (you can find the eligible products at part 8 here) between February 15, 2013 and December 31, 2017.
Amount of Class Members
From $15 to $1,400 per product.
Proof of Purchase
Depending on the nature of your specific claim, you may need to provide supporting materials.
