Short Description Of This Case
The class-action lawsuit, filed in 2017, alleged that Illinois Zayo Group provided scans of hands, palms or fingers of individuals who visited its colocations and other facilities for security purposes without authorization, which violated the Biometric Information Privacy Act.
Class members who provided scans of hands, palms or fingers for security purposes at one or more of Zayo Group’s colocations or other facilities located within the state of Illinois between July 6, 2012 and December 27, 2017.

Up to $400.
